Welcome to Breathe Hot Yoga. By booking a class, purchasing a package, or using our website, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
All class bookings are subject to availability. Bookings can be made online via our website, on WhatsApp, or by email. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation.
By attending Breathe Hot Yoga classes, you confirm that you are in good health and physically able to participate. You acknowledge that hot yoga is practised in a heated environment and that there are inherent risks involved.
Breathe Hot Yoga, its owners, instructors and staff shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage to persons or property that may occur on the premises or as a result of participation in classes. Attendance constitutes acceptance of this waiver.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Breathe Hot Yoga is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL). We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties except as required to deliver our services (e.g. payment processing via PayFast).
All payments are processed by PayFast. We do not store your credit card or banking details. PayFast's own privacy policy governs the handling of payment information.
You have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your personal information at any time. Contact us at info@breathehotyoga.co.za to exercise these rights.
Our website uses minimal cookies necessary for functionality (session management). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We want you to feel confident booking with us. Here is our refund and cancellation policy.
The R300 Explorer pack is valid for 7 days from date of purchase. It is non-refundable once activated, as it is a first-time introductory offer.
Drop-in class payments are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 12 hours in advance and your credit will be carried over for future use.
Class packs are non-refundable once purchased. Credits do not expire and can be used at any time. In exceptional circumstances, please contact us directly to discuss.
In the rare event that Breathe Hot Yoga cancels a class, all affected bookings will receive a full credit refund automatically.
