Before You Arrive

WHAT TO BRING

Yoga Mat
Your own mat preferred. Mats available to hire at the studio.
Towels
A large mat towel and a small face towel. You will sweat.
Water
At least 1 litre. Hydrate well before, during and after class.
Light Clothing
Minimal and breathable. Less is more in the heat.
